Returns & Refunds

• All custom hat sales are final. 

• Custom hat deposits are non refundable.

• All Custom Order sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Custom hats are specifically made to fit your exact head size/shape.

• Readymade hats are returnable/refundable if they are returned within 7 days of the customer receiving the hat. Returned Readymade hats must be in unused, new condition in order to be refunded. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility.

• Any custom hat that is not paid for in full within 6 weeks of the completion of the hat and invoice date will become property of Reverent Hats.

• Photos of hats may appear a different color under different lighting. Please understand it's very had to get the same photo and color when taking photos of the hats 

Shipping

• Shipping is not included in the price of the custom hats. It is calculated and added to the balance of the custom hat.

• All Readymade hats have shipping included in the listed price.

• Custom hats will be shipped once the hat is finished and paid for in full by the customer.

• Readymade hats typically ship within 3 business days.

• All hats are shipped via UPS in heavy duty boxes.
